Voting Question: What color should I dye my hair?

Hello! Well I have a little dilemma here. I honestly don't feel that my reddish blackish hair suits me.... I just want to know what color hair would like nice. I do have a picture of myself... my webcam is stupid and low quality.. so it's a bit grainy. WARNING: I am NO Heidi Klum ahaha. I'm actually very ugly and unbarable to look at. Though anyway, I'm a very quiet person and like a mature yet stylish look.. And another thing is.. My face turns pinkish time to time so.. that might look weird with brassy colors.
